I had the opportunity to lead Oliver on the Bendly (Wellness app) project at InCart, and he was an absolute asset to the team. Despite it being an early-stage concept with a lot of ambiguity, Oliver approached every task with focus, openness to feedback, and a genuine willingness to learn.

It was a pleasure working with Oliver through the project, and I’m confident he’ll continue to grow into a strong contributor on any design team. What stood out most was his ability to quickly pick up on design direction and translate feedback into thoughtful iterations. He was proactive, dependable, and always maintained a positive attitude.
