insuretrack™️ is an insurance management tool made for Basil Fry & Co. and their external removal companies to track insurance tied to shipments.
Challenge
Basil Fry & Co. sought to streamline their shipping insurance platform, used by both internal teams and international removal partners. The challenge was to create a system that balanced operational efficiency with clarity, enabling users to track shipments, manage insurance workflows, and oversee logistics through a restrained and highly functional interface.
Solution
To address this challenge, we developed a restrained visual identity and operational interface, drawing inspiration from international shipping routes and the structured workflows the platform supports. Every design decision was carefully considered to reinforce clarity across insurance operations.

Building the identity
The identity reflects the yearning for clarity. We prioritised minimalism, focusing on fonts, iconography and colour palettes that reinforced the idea of total usability.
Devil is in the details
The platform was designed around the needs of removal teams and office staff whilst reflecting the countries that are shipped to. This influenced a highly functional interface focused on consistent usability across a wide range of users and workflows.
Our brand colours are not just visually appealing but precise in their usage. A stripped-back palette allows users to focus on what really matters when engaging with the product. We chose a vibrant blue to highlight key actions
Kohinoor Bangla was selected as the brand typeface for its human warmth and structured clarity, introducing a subtle global character suited to international logistics. Inter is used throughout the interface for its high legibility and native optimisation across both macOS and Windows, improving readability across dense operational data.
