What was previously a table of contents, is now a Kanban board that breaks down jobs using relevant, key information, with allocated statuses.

The removal teams needed a quick way of documenting their collections and deliveries without hassle, and the office teams needed a way of visualising these jobs.
I met these requirements by:
Designing a pattern-recognition Kanban board that reduced the time taken to identify a job from 10 seconds to 1 second, a 90% improvement in speed.
Creating comprehensive item reports that use information captured by the teams on the ground.
Producing multiple designs for QR code labels for scanning and storing collected items.
Redesigning the app integrating an AI tool for capturing item information individually or in bulk.
Integrating correct drill-down menus for quickly entering item information manually if required.
